Lyrics
I have a neighbor, across the street, who keeps his motor home in
tip-top shape. He starts it up each week religiously. After several
weeks of his faithful practice, the idea for this song came about.
Thanks to Blair for lending his musical genius on this more complete
demo....(you make the Buzzsaw what it is!)
Original:
Here my original home cut acoustic version of the song.

Lyrics
Ceri Taylor sent me these lyrics and asked if I'd come up with some
music for them. I sat down that night and had this rolling little
idea going through my head, so I put down these rough tracks for
her to here. Simple guitar/vocal demo.

Very
simple guitar vocal demo of this 'goodbye' song. No real personal
story here...still happily married 12 years later!

This
is my first collab with Ande Rasmussen, a writer from Austin, Texas.
The overall vision of the song was geared towards a wedding type
of song....maybe another simple, sweet way to say 'I love you' to
that someone special!

Lyrics
Rich and I had talked about working on something together. I sent
him this song idea, a verse, chorus, proposed story line, and a
rough guitar and vocal track. Rich sent back some tweeks to the
story line, another verse, and we just kept sending back and forth
until we came up with something we liked. Then I laid down these
working tape tracks to get the groove down.

Lyrics
My very first song. I wrote this one day after reading about a girl
from our town who's two year Peace Corps duty ended after an unfortunate
accident that took her life. I've never met her, but her story impacted
me to the point of this song.
